Privacy policy

SmarOne is operated by SmarPlaque. We collect only the information needed to provide and secure the service.

Information we process

For business customers, this includes the account email, contact name, business profile content, uploaded logo and destination links. Authentication providers may process technical security information such as IP address and session data.

Visitors

Visitors do not need an account. SmarOne v1 does not run visitor analytics or advertising trackers. Following a business link takes you to that third party, whose privacy practices then apply.

How we use and protect data

We use customer information to host profiles, provide secure access, fulfil support requests and protect the platform. Access is separated between customer organisations using database-level security policies.

Storage and service providers

Data may be processed by infrastructure providers used for hosting, authentication, file storage, email delivery and permanent redirects. We retain account and business information while the service is active and may retain archived profile records where physical QR or NFC products remain in circulation.

Your choices

To request access, correction or deletion of your account information, email hi@smarplaque.com. Some permanent-link records may need to be retained to prevent old physical products being reassigned incorrectly.
