Terms of service

These terms apply to use of SmarOne, the editable digital profile provided with eligible SmarPlaque products.

Your profile

You are responsible for keeping profile content and destination links accurate, lawful and safe. You must not upload malicious content or use SmarOne to mislead visitors, infringe rights or distribute prohibited material.

Permanent plaque links

The QR and NFC address assigned to a produced plaque is controlled by SmarPlaque and cannot be edited or transferred through the customer dashboard. We retain archived identifiers so an old physical product is never accidentally assigned to another customer.

Availability and third parties

We work to keep profiles available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. SmarOne links may lead to third-party services that are outside our control.

Suspension

We may suspend a profile where necessary for security, unlawful use, abuse, non-payment associated with an order, or protection of customers and visitors.
